Senior Agile Project Manager

driven, nationally recognized organization operating at the intersection of financial services, technology risk, and critical infrastructure resilience on a Senior Agile Program Manager search. This role supports a high?visibility Financial Risk function working closely with senior leaders across major financial institutions and regulatory stakeholders. The organization is seeking an experienced Program / Project Manager who can shepherd complex initiatives, keep teams aligned, and drive execution in a fast?paced, stakeholder?heavy environment. What You'll Be Doing Translate strategic objectives into detailed workplans, timelines, and task ownership Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, including dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones Develop and maintain program schedules, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps Deliver concise, executive?level updates on project status, risks, and outcomes Establish execution governance, cadence, and reporting mechanisms Facilitate stand?ups, execution reviews, and decision forums Coordinate governance materials, stakeholder decks, and industry?facing documentation Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure aligned execution Proactively surface and escalate risks that could impact delivery Coach and guide peers while delivering against defined KPIs and program objectives Ideal Candidate Profile 5+ years of Project or Program Management experience (Financial Services preferred) Strong working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies Experience operating in high?profile, stakeholder?rich environments Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize critical workstreams Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and tight timelines Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to drive alignment and resolve conflict High integrity, sound judgment, and discretion handling sensitive information Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience U.S. Citizenship required (no exceptions) Environment & Growth Highly visible role with exposure to senior leadership and C?level stakeholders Mission?driven organization focused on national economic and infrastructure resilience Collaborative, execution?oriented culture with strong internal partnerships Competitive compensation with flexibility for top?tier talent Hybrid work model with consistent in?office collaboration
