Job Description:

Field Inspector (1099 Contractor) - Northern Virginia Tour N Tell provides unannounced, data-driven property inspections that give owners and operators a clear, unbiased view of what's really happening inside their units. Through photo-backed reports, we help identify issues, verify conditions, and improve accountability across portfolios. We're looking for a reliable Field Inspector to conduct in-person property inspections across Northern Virginia. This is a 1099 contractor role, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, independent, and comfortable working in the field. In this role, you will visit properties, complete unannounced inspections, take clear photos of units and common areas, and submit accurate reports through our platform.

Pay:

$30 per completed inspection

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Reliable transportation Smartphone with a strong camera Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and stay organized Experience in property management, real estate, or inspections is a plus, but not required.
