Business Support Job Summary:
The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion within their geographic or strategic regions. They will be the single point of contact for customers to reach A-Z for Capital Expenditure Projects, Onsite Process Support and Parts (other than transactional sales thought inside channels). This includes managing timelines, budgets, resources, and communication with clients, stakeholders and internal team leads. Project Managers are also responsible for finding new customers, contacts and leads inside of their regions to aid the sales growth goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably in the trades or construction industry, and will demonstrate excellent leadership, organizational, execution and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and apply the A-Z Mission, Vision and Fundamentals daily. Participate in A-Z Mentorship team discussion, meeting and strategic planning. Mentor regional and strategic team leads. Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with company objectives and client expectations. Develop detailed project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and cost estimation. Coordinate and manage project teams, including subcontractors and vendors, ensuring clear communication and accountability. Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or obstacles that arise. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules, and financials for tracking and analysis. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and other stakeholders. Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned to improve future project execution. Work with BDM to maintain a healthy pipeline of work and to grow our customer base.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus. Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on the trades or construction sector. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions.

Pay:
$85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
