You'll work closely with architects, engineers, interior designers, and planners in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment—while serving as a trusted partner to clients and mentoring the next generation of project leaders. If you're ready to lead, grow, and make your mark—we'd love to meet you. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Licensed Architect preferred. Advanced experience independently managing complex architectural projects through all phases of design and construction. Strong understanding of project delivery methods, construction documentation, construction administration, and contract administration. Demonstrated experience managing project scope, budgets, schedules, staffing, financial performance, and overall project delivery. Strong knowledge of AIA agreements, contract negotiations, additional services, and project risk management. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Experience leading and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Newforma, and CRM software. Strong leadership, decision-making, organizational, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to mentor and develop early career and experienced professionals. Willingness and ability to travel periodically in support of project assignments, client meetings, site visits, and collaboration across SFCS offices.
