Job Description

Overview Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Senior Project Manager to work in our Holmdel, NJ office. May telecommute. Requires ~10% travel to project sites throughout the eastern U.S. Responsibilities Prepare engineering calculations and technical data for the design of railroad bridges. Analyze reports, maps, drawings, tests, etc. in order to plan and design a project. Prepare or modify reports, specifications, plans, schedules and designs. Prepare or review scopes of work and budgets, and schedule assignments. Prepare design computations and quantity estimates. Review "shop" drawings and other related construction documents and submittals. Provide direction to engineers, technicians and administrative staff and perform field investigations/ site visits. Qualifications Bachelor's in Civil Engineering 2 years of experience as a Civil Engineer working on railroad bridge engineering and using MathCAD, Microstation, Midas Civil, and RISA-3D as well as applying the AREMA Manual for Railway Engineering PE license in any state
Compensation:

Qualifications:
