About the role: As a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of the Westinghouse Inspection Services, Nuclear Field Services group that performs Outage support services at operating and new construction nuclear power plants. The group focuses on reactor maintenance support service, using robotic delivery systems while also supporting visual inspections of plant systems. You will report to the Manager of Remote Monitoring & AV Ops at our Brattleboro, NH location. This is a hybrid position requiring you to be onsite at the plant2-3 days per week, with the balance of your work conducted remotely. Onsite days focus on collaborative activities, operational tasks, and plant presence necessary to support team goals, while remote days provide flexibility for focused individual work.

Key Responsibilities:

Project planning Complete all aspects of planning process including authoring project plans and developing scope, schedule, and cost baselines. Project implementing Assume overall responsibility for profitability of contracts. Based on project plan, follow department protocols for acquiring team members to complete the work. Project closing Develop relationships with product line team, customer, suppliers, Westinghouse in-country representation (for international projects), and other team members to bring project to successful completion.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in applicable disciplines: Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management or related technical degree or (B.) equivalent non-degreed technical experience in an industrial environment (field service, nuclear, power plant, NDE, oilgas, construction). 5 years of project manager experience or (B.) 2 years project managementsupervisory experience and 3+ years experience in technical role: field service, nuclear, power plant, NDE, oilgas, construction industry may be considered as equivalent Familiar with the Project Management Institute's Project Management Body of Knowledge.
