Job Description

Work Flexibility:
Remote What you will do: As our Sr. Project Manager, you will manage customer engagements from initial transition from Sales through final delivery and transition to the Services team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions across all care.ai product lines that meet and exceed business and customer satisfaction metrics and satisfy budget and schedule requirements. Schedule, facilitate, and lead the transition process from the Sales team to the Services team Lead the assigned delivery teams to ensure the project meets the scope, schedule, quality and budget expectations Plan, schedule, and track project milestones, critical paths, deliverables, and accurate revenue forecasting using industry standard tools Ensure delivery process aligns with standards established through the care.ai Solutions Deployment Methodology Track and report on compliance to project budgets, drive project change orders as necessary, and generally be accountable for the project P&L Facilitate project communications, including lead regular project status meetings with all partners, documenting meeting minutes, and managing all ongoing action items Ensure that all project deliverables and documentation are archived appropriately and in a timely manner, as well as satisfy established project review and audit processes Conduct project close-out activities, including transitioning processes back to Sales and Support; Elicit, compile, and share post-delivery lessons and feedback What you need
Required:
Bachelor's degree is required for this role 6+ years' professional work experience 4+ years of experience executing strategic projects within a corporate environment.
Preferred:
2+ years of experience executing strategic deliverable within Health System Technology Domain PMP certification

  • Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based
  • You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite
  • Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid
  • You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility.
Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
