We are looking for an Engineer that has 10+ years of experience to work hybrid (on-site and remote) and part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) in the Chino area.

Migration Project As a Senior Project Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Manage the construction-phase delivery of a major SCADA migration and control systems modernization project within an operating water and wastewater treatment facility. Serve as the primary point of contact between Agency staff, contractors, consultants, and system integrators. Coordinate controls integration activities involving PLCs, HMIs, industrial Ethernet networks, and SCADA infrastructure. Facilitate technical discussions and resolve construction, operational, and system integration issues to support project success. Review RFIs, submittals, change requests, and technical documentation for compliance with project requirements and Agency standards. Coordinate startup, commissioning, phased cutovers, and operational transition activities while maintaining continuity of plant operations. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and contractor performance to support timely and cost-effective project delivery. Identify and mitigate project risks associated with control systems, operational impacts, and construction activities. Conduct field inspections and coordinate testing, commissioning, and final acceptance activities. Prepare project updates, technical reports, and stakeholder communications throughout project delivery. As a Senior Project Manager, you will have: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering At least 10 years of engineering, construction, and project management experience, preferably in wastewater/water utility construction Licensed California Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) by Construction Management Association of America desired Experience with SCADA migration strategies for operating treatment facilities, including phased implementation, startup sequencing, commissioning coordination, and operational continuity planning Knowledge of legacy Foxboro distributed control systems, Rockwell PlantPAx architecture, Allen-Bradley ControlLogix platforms, industrial Ethernet networks, Parallel Redundancy Protocol (PRP), Process Control Narratives (PCNs), and I/O management practices Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. (i.e., without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship in the U.S.) Valid CA Driver's License and proof of insurance Must be able to commute to Chino, CA. Relocation assistance is not provided.
