About the Role We are seeking an organized, relationship-driven Creative Project Manager to oversee our boutique creative agency's project workflows, client retainers, and media production schedules. At its core, this is a lead client-facing role: you will be the primary, trusted day-to-day voice of the agency. Whether leading status calls, running review sessions, or meeting face-to-face, you will champion our client relationships while bridging the gap between creative execution and business operations. Additionally, you will occasionally step in to assist with production logistics or support on-set execution for our key agency shoots throughout the year.
Act as the primary, polished point of contact for active client accounts—leading regular status updates, guiding review sessions, translating feedback into actionable creative direction, and maintaining exceptional relationship management across email, video, and in-person meetings.

Build, track, and maintain end-to-end production timelines, deliverable schedules, and task assignments in ClickUp.
Scope & Retainer Control:
Track project milestones against client agreements to prevent unbilled scope creep, protect team bandwidth, and flag out-of-scope requests to agency leadership constructively and tactfully.
Creative Pipeline & Asset Coordination:
Oversee asset handoffs across pre-production, photo/video shoots, post-production editing/color passes, and final client delivery.
Asset Quality Control:
Review incoming and outgoing creative assets to ensure proper file organization, format packaging (16:9, 9:16 vertical, social cuts), and resolution standards before final delivery.
Production & Shoot Support:
Assist with pre-production organization (such as call sheets and schedules) and provide light, on-the-ground support for key agency video/photo shoots (approx. 1-3 times per year).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident, approachable, and polished presence on Zoom/Google Meet, email, and in-person client meetings. Agency /

Project Management Tools:
Demonstrated hands-on experience managing multi-phase projects in ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

Familiarity with secondary agency tools (such as Sprinklr or MRI-Simmons) or project management frameworks (CAPM, CSM, PMP).
