The Senior Project Specialist is a key part of the NAVEX custom business, which supports our customers in their employee compliance needs.
In this role, you will coordinate the creation, development, and production of digital and print assets, ensuring operational efficiency, high quality, and excellent customer experiences. What you'll do:
Review incoming digital and print project requests, create and manage cases in Salesforce, assign tasks to appropriate team members or resources, and manage projects from inception through delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams
Provide accurate and timely quotes in response to scoping requests, factoring in production, translation, and vendor costs
Manage Awareness and Code of Conduct projects from initial intake to final delivery, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and timeline
Collaborate with the Creative Team to oversee project asset creation
