This role works closely with Project Managers, field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and execution of renewable energy construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout. Support Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and project reporting. Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and field personnel to ensure project milestones are achieved. Manage and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Attend and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and provide progress updates. Assist with procurement activities and coordinate material and equipment deliveries. Maintain organized project files, logs, and tracking systems. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and assist in resolving field issues. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contract obligations. Physical & Work Requirements Ability to travel periodically to project sites as needed. Ability to travel periodically to the Canton, MA office. Remote or hybrid work arrangements may be available for qualified candidates. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects at varying stages. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience 1-3 years of experience in construction project coordination, project management, or renewable energy projects. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field preferred. Familiarity with solar energy or battery energy storage projects is a plus. Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, ProjectSight, Trimble, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
