Job Description Manage luxury residential construction projects independently from preconstruction through project completion. Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client communication, and project execution. Lead high-end renovation, restoration, and custom home construction projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate regularly with field teams, clients, architects, and trade partners. Visit active project sites throughout the Greater Boston area while maintaining flexibility between office and field responsibilities. Drive successful outcomes on projects typically valued at $1M+. The Successful Applicant Proven experience managing residential construction projects from start to finish. Background in high-end or luxury residential construction required. Experience with renovations, restorations, custom homes, or ground-up residential construction. Strong budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination abilities. Track record of successfully managing projects valued at $1M or greater. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and subcontractors. What's on Offer Base salary: $120,000 - $140,000, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates. Bonus potential based on project and company performance.
