We specialize in high-quality rooftop and ground-mount solar systems, battery storage, and service work throughout El Dorado County and the greater Northern California / Bay Area region. As a smaller company, you'll gain broader, hands-on experience across many parts of the business—something that's much harder to get in a large corporate environment. What You'll Do Support Project Managers in coordinating the full project lifecycle for residential solar and battery installations Track project timelines, permits, material deliveries, and installation schedules Communicate regularly with customers about project status, site requirements, and next steps Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, installation crews) and external partners (AHJs, utilities, suppliers) Help prepare and organize project documentation, change orders, and close-out packages Assist with scheduling site surveys, inspections, and final walkthroughs Pull permits and handle related fieldwork as needed Maintain accurate records in our project management / CRM system Flag potential delays or issues early and help problem-solve Drive company vehicles as needed (clean driving record required)

Benenfits:
Competitive hourly pay ($25•28) Commission opportunities Performance bonuses Paid holidays Hybrid schedule with flexible field / remote days Smaller, family-owned company where you'll gain diverse, real-world experience instead of being limited to a narrow role Opportunity to grow with a company focused exclusively on solar and battery storage Hands-on involvement across the full project lifecycle Supportive environment with room to take on more responsibility
Pay:
