• At Nutanix, you'll be joining the Professional Services PMO, part of our larger Professional Services team, which is a globally dispersed group of highly skilled professionals located across the AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions.

The work setup for this role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to contribute from anywhere. Regarding travel, anticipate a requirement of 10-40 percent for client meetings, project implementations, and other business needs, which will enhance your ability to connect with our clients and provide exceptional service while also enriching your professional experience.

• Your Role
• + Lead medium to high complexity consulting engagements, ensuring successful project delivery from initiation to close out.

+ Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, encompassing scope, schedules, resource allocation, budgets, and risk assessments. + Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear and consistent communication regarding project status, risks, and milestones. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project deliverables with Nutanix's strategic goals and customer needs. + Identify and mitigate project risks proactively, taking corrective actions to ensure projects stay on track and within scope. + Foster strong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor and enhancing Nutanix's partnership with clients. + Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, methodologies, and best practices based on project insights. + Achieve first-year objectives including 70% billable utilization and high customer satisfaction ratings in post-project surveys.

• What You Will Bring
• + 5+ years of experience in technical project management, ideally in a Professional Services environment.

+ Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within technology or consulting firms. + Strong understanding of Data Center modernization, IT transformation, and Hybrid Cloud projects. + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management. + Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risks proactively. + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred. + Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. + Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 136,800 and USD $ 171,000 per year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
