Join our team as a Statewide Transition Project Manager and lead the growth of Pennsylvania's Fairweather Lodge (FWL) Program —a proven model that helps individuals with mental health diagnoses transition to independent living. In this role, you'll collaborate with state agencies, community partners, and providers to develop new programs, strengthen partnerships, and improve outcomes for individuals across the state.
