The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience managing large scale glazing projects, deep knowledge of materials and installation techniques, and a strong ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stake holders. Expertly manage and monitor all of the jobs under their supervision. Ensure that the highest quality product is produced in the shortest amount of time. Review and analyze estimates, buy-out, and field crews, to ensure accuracy. Conduct meetings to discuss projects. Excellence in written and verbal communication required.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Lead glazing projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget adherence.

Software Proficiency:

Utilize PartnerPak, Kawneer Direct, and other industry-specific software for estimating, ordering, and project coordination.

Team Leadership:

Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.

Client & Vendor Relations:

Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, architects, general contractors, and vendors.

Budget & Scheduling:

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure all projects comply with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.

Problem-Solving:

Proactively address and resolve project challenges to maintain progress and client satisfaction.

Reporting & Communication:

Provide regular project updates, documentation, and reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

10+ years of experience in glazing project management, with a strong background in curtainwall, storefront, and commercial glazing systems. Proficiency in PartnerPak, Kawneer Direct, and other relevant software. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Bachelor's degree required. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and best practices.
