We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Project & Service Coordinator to become the operational heartbeat of our team. In this role, you'll help keep projects moving, coordinate service and maintenance activities, support customers throughout their solar journey, and ensure every detail is handled with care. Meaningful work in the growing clean energy industry A supportive, team-oriented culture Opportunities to learn solar, battery storage, and home energy technologies A role with variety, responsibility, and real impact The opportunity to help homeowners gain greater energy independence and resilience Work for a locally owned company known for craftsmanship, integrity, and customer care, with award-worthy projects that have earned national recognition What You'll Do Coordinate Service & Maintenance Schedule service calls, troubleshooting visits, and maintenance appointments Work with customers, service technicians, and equipment manufacturers to diagnose and resolve issues Coordinate remote troubleshooting and warranty-related activities Track service requests from initial call through resolution and closeout Ensure service activities are documented, scheduled, completed, and communicated effectively Keep Projects Moving Coordinate installation schedules and project milestones Manage project information, service tickets, and customer communications within company systems Support project closeout activities and help ensure a smooth customer experience Coordinate with customers, field teams, vendors, and internal staff to keep projects on track Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners Answer questions, provide updates, and help customers navigate the solar process Communicate professionally and proactively with customers and team members Help identify and solve problems before they impact the customer experience What You Bring Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments Professional, customer-focused demeanor Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Experience in customer service, project coordination, scheduling, office administration, construction administration, or a related field preferred Ability and willingness to learn solar products, systems, and industry processes High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Bonus Points If You Have Experience in solar, construction, electrical, roofing, HVAC, or home services Experience coordinating service calls, warranty claims, or customer projects Familiarity with CRM, scheduling, or project management software Who Thrives Here The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, solving problems, and keeping things organized.
