Job Description
🧱 Commercial Masonry Project Manager A well-established and growing commercial masonry contractor is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and wants to be part of a company known for quality workmanship, strong leadership, and long-term relationships throughout the commercial construction industry. The ideal candidate will have experience managing commercial masonry projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining strong communication with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams. Responsibilities Manage commercial masonry projects from start to finish Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, materials, and job progress Coordinate closely with Superintendents, field crews, GCs, architects, and owners Review plans, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation Track project costs, billing, and overall profitability Ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining quality and safety standards Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders Assist in problem-solving and maintaining smooth project execution Ideal Candidate Experience as a Project Manager in commercial masonry construction Strong understanding of masonry scopes including brick, block, stone, and related systems Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong scheduling, organizational, and communication skills Knowledge of project budgeting, cost tracking, and contract management Proficient with construction management software and Microsoft Office Team-oriented with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary based on experience Bonus opportunities Vehicle allowance or company vehicle Health benefits 401(k) with company match Strong long-term growth opportunity This company is seeking someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and can lead projects confidently while maintaining strong relationships in the field and with clients.
