Job Description

Project Manager The Project Manager is responsible for leading small to mid-sized construction projects or supporting larger projects under the supervision of a senior manager. This position manages all aspects of the construction process from preconstruction through closeout, including cost control, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. PM is an early-career leadership role, ideal for those transitioning from assistant roles to full project management responsibilities. Primary Responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish within scope, budget, and schedule Manage contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and vendor agreements Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets; update regularly Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Coordinate daily activities between field teams, office, and clients Track and approve RFIs, submittals, and change orders Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements Manage project documentation including daily reports, logs, and cost tracking Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field 2-4 years of construction experience, including time as an APM Proven ability to manage small projects or assist with large-scale builds Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam) Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred What we can offer you: Inclusive Medical, Dental, Vision, Accident, and Illness insurance Company paid Disability and Life insurance Health Savings Account contribution of up to $1,000 per year 401(k) retirement savings program with a company match Employee Assistance Program including discounts with major vendors & products Mental and physical wellness programs Competitive time off package including vacation, sick, and holiday pay Career advancement opportunities with a stable well-established organization Tuition reimbursement program and access to LinkedIn Learning courses •Applications submitted without a resume will not be considered.
