This role is responsible for managing BAS and DDC controls projects from planning through commissioning and closeout. Responsibilities Manage BAS/controls projects from kickoff through completion Coordinate technicians, engineers, vendors, and commissioning teams Track schedules, job costs, materials, and change orders Oversee submittals, installation sequencing, startup, and commissioning Maintain communication with project teams, clients, and field personnel Qualifications 5+ years of BAS/controls project management experience Strong understanding of HVAC controls and DDC systems Experience with Niagara, Siemens, JCI, Honeywell, or Schneider platforms Ability to read plans, specifications, and control sequences Strong communication and field coordination skills Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project; ERP/project software experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Performance Bonus Potential Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Retirement Plan Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Long-term career growth opportunity INDH 1usbMIEGjN
