Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of quality and continuous improvement of the Otis Quality Management System (QMS).
- Assist in documenting and standardizing global quality processes, policies, and procedures across Operations and Supplier Quality.
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Support quality program management activities, including project tracking, meeting coordination, and action item management.
- Assist in developing communication materials and change management plans to support global QMS initiatives.
- Help gather and analyze stakeholder feedback from business units to support process standardization efforts.
- Support the development and maintenance of quality performance dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze quality and operational performance data and prepare reports and presentations for leadership reviews.
Education Requirements:
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related fieldBasic Qualifications:
Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage several simultaneous projects and responsibilities Strong analytical skills The hourly range for this role is $20/hr to $23/hr. We may pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future.
