Commercial Project Manager

We're looking for a hands-on Project Manager to join our growing construction division in Charleston, SC.

What You'll Do:

Manage projects from start to finish, including ground-up construction and tenant improvements (TIs). Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and on budget. Assist with estimating, change orders, and project documentation. Split your time between office and field work on Charleston-area projects, with occasional travel to Southside. Contribute to process improvements and help build the division's standard practices.

Who We're Looking For:

3-10 years of commercial construction or project management experience. Experience on projects such as schools, multifamily, healthcare, municipal work, tenant upfits, hospitals, or soup kitchens. Strong understanding of both ground-up construction and tenant improvement projects. Solutions-focused team player who is flexible, hardworking, and willing to learn from challenges. Excellent communicator who can collaborate effectively and maintain a positive attitude. Able to handle stress, speak up tactfully, and approach projects with a can-do mindset and sense of humor.
