Job Description:

Job Summary Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support a newly announced $100M+ capital manufacturing project in Greenville, SC. This is a high-urgency, high-visibility role supporting the build of a brand-new facility from the ground up. The Project Manager will partner closely with the local project leader, supporting large-scale execution, capital equipment transitions, vendor coordination, budgeting, and leadership reporting within a lean manufacturing environment. Must Haves 3+ years of Project Management experience in a manufacturing environment Proven experience supporting large-scale capital projects (facility buildouts, equipment installs, expansions) Strong Excel skills Hands-on experience with budget management, purchase orders, supplier/vendor management Experience working in a Lean manufacturing environment Comfortable creating and presenting clear, concise project update PowerPoints to leadership Plusses Six Sigma certification or strong hands-on Lean experience Experience supporting facility builds or major equipment transitions CAPA project leadership experience Experience preparing executive-level presentations Background in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments

Compensation:

$33/hr to $34.36/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
