Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of complex engineering projects from contract award through final handover. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on leadership, and exceptional coordination skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, automation, installation, and commissioning.
• Develop, maintain, and control project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, technical specifications, and safety regulations.
• Manage customer communications, approvals, and change orders.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead site meetings and proactively resolve technical or operational challenges. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing industrial engineering or turnkey projects.
• Proven background in material handling, paint shop systems, process plants, or similar industries.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera, etc.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required by project demands.

Work Environment:

• Primarily an office-based role, with approximately 40% travel required to client sites, facilities, or project locations.
• May occasionally require lifting and handling of technical equipment, tools, or packages
• Must be able to sit or stand at a desk or workstation for extended periods while performing design, analysis, or documentation tasks.
