Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of complex engineering projects from contract award through final handover. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on leadership, and exceptional coordination skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, automation, installation, and commissioning.
- Develop, maintain, and control project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, technical specifications, and safety regulations.
- Manage customer communications, approvals, and change orders.
- Oversee subcontractor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead site meetings and proactively resolve technical or operational challenges. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience managing industrial engineering or turnkey projects.
- Proven background in material handling, paint shop systems, process plants, or similar industries.
- Strong proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera, etc.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required by project demands.
Work Environment:
- Primarily an office-based role, with approximately 40% travel required to client sites, facilities, or project locations.
- May occasionally require lifting and handling of technical equipment, tools, or packages
- Must be able to sit or stand at a desk or workstation for extended periods while performing design, analysis, or documentation tasks.
