$90,000 - $125,000 + benefits We are working with a growing general contractor that is looking to add a Project Manager to their team for an exciting athletic facility project in Indian Land, South Carolina . This is a great opportunity for a PM with around 3-5 years of commercial construction experience who is ready to step into a key role on a high-profile project. The project is moving quickly, so the ideal candidate will be available to start within the next 30 days .

The Role:

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for helping lead the project from preconstruction/early stages through to completion. You will work closely with the project team, subcontractors, owners, architects, and field staff to make sure the job is delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities include:

Managing project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and ownership Supporting field teams to keep work moving efficiently Tracking project progress and identifying potential issues early Leading or supporting OAC meetings and project updates Maintaining strong communication across all project stakeholders Ensuring quality, safety, and schedule expectations are met What we're looking for: 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction Experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Project Manager Ground-up or large commercial project experience preferred Athletic facility, education, municipal, recreation, or similar project experience is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage subcontractors, documentation, and project coordination Someone motivated, hands-on, and ready to take ownership of an exciting project For a confidential conversation, call or text Oliver at +1 (407) 434-1620 .
