The Role We are hiring a Project Manager with proven experience in pool construction or closely related construction fields (shotcrete, hardscapes, masonry, outdoor living, etc.) . This role is foundational to our client experience and operational excellence. You will take ownership of each project from planning through completion, ensuring everything is executed at the highest level. Key Responsibilities Lead, coordinate, and manage all phases of pool construction projects. Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners—delivering updates, setting expectations, and providing a professional, high-touch experience. Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, internal crews, and supplier deliveries. Order materials ahead of schedule and ensure everything is on site when needed. Maintain quality control, identify issues early, and solve problems proactively. Oversee progress, inspections, and compliance with all local regulations. Keep projects on time, on budget, and built to Paradigm-quality standards.
Qualifications Required:
Experience in swimming pool construction or a directly related field (e.g., concrete, excavation, hardscapes, landscaping, plumbing for pools, or outdoor living projects). Strong leadership and communication skills with a client-first mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects, tight timelines, and high expectations. Highly organized, proactive, and accountable.
