Known for bringing structure, transparency, and predictability to complex developments, they specialize in multifamily, commercial, industrial, and senior living construction. Job Description Oversee multifamily construction projects from initiation to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders. Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present regular project status reports to key stakeholders. Review and approve project-related documentation and contracts. Support the team in resolving any project-related challenges.
