This role provides advanced oversight of safety, quality, productivity, and financial performance across projects, while supporting sales growth and identifying new business opportunities. Unfailing Dedication Essential Duties and Responsibilities Project & Financial Management:
Oversee financial aspects of projects, including costs, billing, collections, and forecasting, to maintain profitability Monitor accounts receivable and working capital to support positive cash flow Evaluate project goals based on labor, materials, and equipment resources; develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and performance Ensure projects are executed on time, on budget, and within scope in accordance with stated business requirements Drive sound Project Management methodology, including project planning, resource planning, forecasting, and the use of standard project management tools and artifacts Coordinate with business leaders and project teams to support effective project prioritization and resource alignment Manage and support change order processes and pursue additional work opportunities during project execution Forecast weekly goals; analyze and adjust factors that affect results for maximum efficiency Facilitate continuous process improvement to increase field productivity and consistency Share manpower, resources, and tools across branches and departments as needed to support project success
Customer Satisfaction & Development:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers; ensure high-quality service is consistently provided Take prompt action to resolve customer concerns or complaints Survey customers to achieve minimum satisfaction ratings and follow up on feedback for continuous improvement Support business development efforts by prospecting for new business leads through interaction, networking, and customer engagement
Safety/Hazard Recognition & Elimination:
Pre-plan and identify the methods to eliminate hazards daily by work task. Execute skill in observing habits and hazards of others and bringing it to their attention. Uphold safety as the most important goal of our company. Support goal of achieving zero accidents. Promote and encourage open communication between field and office regarding all safety concerns, suggestions, improvements, and PPE needed. Obtain safety training as expected by all company personnel. Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma/equivalent required Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management/Sciences, Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Building Science, etc.), or related OR significant relevant work background Extensive experience, preferably in the electrical construction field Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and budget processes Experience , Skill and Abilities Positive safety attitude and personal integrity
  • both are non-negotiable Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams) Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to apply innovative and effective leadership techniques to maximize employee performance Exceptional organizational and documentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels of the company and customers Physical Requirements Office environment requiring sitting and standing. Occasional travel to various work sites, exposing employee to outdoor elements, noise and the need to stand and walk.
