Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Architectural Project Manager to lead and coordinate architectural projects from conception through completion. Duties Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget parameters. Site visits for existing conditions documentation and through construction administration Develop and manage construction documentation, including detailed drawings, specifications, and construction accessibility regulations compliance. Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD to create construction drawings. Oversee project scope development Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project communication and alignment on design intent. Conduct building code analysis to ensure regulatory compliance Manage project schedules Review submittals and RFIs Ensure projects adhere to construction regulatory compliance standards including accessibility regulations and building code requirements. Plan review submittals and responses Qualifications Proven experience in architectural project management with a strong portfolio of completed projects involving renovation, interior design, or new construction. Proficiency in CAD software AutoCAD Solid understanding of construction detail documentation. Familiarity with building code analysis, building code compliance standards, and construction regulatory compliance including accessibility regulations. Experience with BIM tools like NavisWorks for coordination and clash detection; ability to produce high-quality renderings for client presentations. Construction experience is highly preferred to ensure practical understanding of on-site processes; familiarity with construction administration is essential. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail; proactive problem-solving skills are vital.
