Our next Project Coordinator will play a critical role in overseeing production scheduling, coordinating projects, managing workflow, and ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the fabrication process. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in metal fabrication, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both team members and clients. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage fabrication projects from estimating through job approval completion. Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery Interpret and understand fabrication drawings, blueprints, and specifications Have knowledge of the use of laser equipment, CNC machinery, and CAD systems Work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success Assist with estimating, material planning, and job costing Monitor production efficiency, and quality standards Support and lead shop personnel while fostering a positive team environment Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting within company systems Qualifications We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. Strong background in stainless steel fabrication required; copper fabrication experience is a plus Experience with laser cutting, CNC machinery, and CAD software Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication prints Welding knowledge and fabrication experience preferred Estimating experience strongly preferred Proficiency in: ECI software Microsoft Excel Solid Works CAD systems Familiarity with JobBOSS² is a plus Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong customer service mindset and ability to work effectively with clients and team members More Than Just a Paycheck.
