Pressroom Manager

Pressroom Manager Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Pressroom Manager to oversee daily sheetfed printing operations within a fast-paced packaging environment. This role is responsible for managing production schedules, pressroom staff, print quality, equipment performance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience with sheetfed offset printing presses. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the sheetfed pressroom to meet production and quality goals Supervise and support press operators and pressroom staff Ensure jobs are produced accurately, efficiently, and on schedule Troubleshoot printing and equipment issues as needed Monitor quality standards, waste reduction, and workflow efficiency Coordinate with prepress, production, and finishing departments Maintain a safe and organized work environment Qualifications 5+ years of sheetfed printing experience in packaging or commercial printing Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of sheetfed offset presses, color management, and print quality Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with Heidelberg, Komori, or similar presses is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay and benefits Growth opportunities Stable and team-oriented work environment Modern production facility

$110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
