Job Title:
Project Manager Assistant Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Project Manager Assistant to support our construction team with daily administrative and project coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Construction industry experience is preferred. Work Schedule - Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and field staff. Answer phones with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. Serve as a warm, friendly, and customer-centered liaison between customers, vendors, subcontractors, and team members. Schedule appointments, deliveries, inspections, and project activities. Coordinate and run for project materials as needed. Order office supplies, project materials, and equipment. Maintain organized project files, documentation, and correspondence. Prepare and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner. Collect customer payments and accurately process and record receipts. Track purchase receipts and maintain expense documentation. Assist with project scheduling, reporting, and other administrative tasks. Support daily office operations and help ensure projects run efficiently. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Construction industry experience preferred. Previous administrative, office, or project coordination experience preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Required Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel , Word, Outlook, and email management. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills. Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to travel locally to pick up materials and supplies when needed. $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
