Job Summary Must have Project Management Experience in (Construction, Utilities, Pipeline, or Related Fields) We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee and drive various Underground Utility projects from start to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of project management. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring that project goals align with organizational objectives. The Project Manager will play a critical role in enhancing productivity and efficiency within the team. Canidate must be able to manage multiple jobs consistently. Must be able to communicate well with project engineers and field employees. Knowledge of water and sewer systems is a plus. Responsibilities Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of project milestones. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to keep all parties informed of project status. Implement quality management practices to ensure deliverables meet established standards. Utilize project management tools for effective tracking and reporting. Manage project portfolio by prioritizing projects based on strategic alignment and resource availability. Skills Must have Excellent Computer skills. IT or PE License a Plus IT (Information Technology) preferred. Proficiency in project management software. Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.. Familiarity with various project management methodologies. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment..
