In this role, you'll lead residential and commercial restoration projects from initial assessment through closeout, ensuring quality work and an excellent customer experience. This position supports a well-established organization in the property restoration and construction services industry. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. Position Overview for the
Fire Restoration Project Manager:
Manage residential and commercial fire/smoke restoration projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, budgets, and standards are met Coordinate daily field activities such as pack-outs, storage, cleaning, move-backs, and non-salvage documentation Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and insurance adjusters, providing updates, resolving issues, and securing approvals Maintain accurate project documentation including photos, job notes, resources used, and billable activities in the appropriate systems Conduct quality control inspections and support jobsite safety, equipment/vehicle upkeep, warehouse organization, and supply inventory Requirements for the
Fire Restoration Project Manager:
