JOB SUMMARY
As a Project Manager, your focus should be on running a timely and profitable project while maintaining a high standard for safety. As such, all aspects of project management fall under the responsibility of this person. Specifically, this person is responsible for safely leading his team and subcontractors to fabricate, demolish, install, or PM what is necessary through project completion, including related administrative functions such as submitting payroll, completing job-related paperwork, and making drawings for fabrication personnel. A solid understanding of basic metalworking principles is a must, including all aspects of welding, rigging, operation of hand and power tools, and operation, maintenance, and repair of shop equipment. In addition, this person must be able to professionally and effectively communicate with shop, field, and customer personnel. Organizational and leadership skills are key for success in this position.
CONTEXTUAL INFORMATION
Will be held solely accountable and responsible for all work performed on the job. All responsibilities will take place in a well-lit indoor and/or outdoor environment. Long hours, including weekends and holidays, should be expected. Exposure to extreme heat and/or cold, vibration, and unclean/slick/greasy working conditions may be expected dependent upon the task at hand. For this reason, extreme care in selecting the appropriate PPE is of the utmost importance. Travel should be expected in this role, as many projects are outside our typical work area radius of approximately 100 miles.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Valid driver's license
  • Current DOT Health Card
  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • The ability to read and write clearly, legibly, and professionally
  • The ability to read, write, and complete basic mathematic computations

This offers substantial savings since this account allows you to pay for medical expenses with tax-free dollars. Additionally, the money in your HSA rolls over every year to use as you see fit.
