Type:
full-time As an Architectural Millwork Project Manager you will be focused on large and complex projects. You will be responsible for managing the scope, budget, and schedule for multiple complex projects executing simultaneously. You will serve as part of a cross-functional team focused on delivering projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of complex projects that require collaboration with cross functional teams. Define and refine requirements through a project life cycle. Self- motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands. Proactively communicate project status to account managers to ensure potential issues are addressed in a timely manner. Lead cross functional team meetings to review project scope and changes. Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations. Develop a broad understanding of the customer's brand and strategic direction as to provide excellent service and product. Investigate any deviations from quotes and obtain approvals as needed Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information. Position Requirements 5+ years of experience as a project manager in a fast paced, deadline driven environment- strongly prefer a working knowledge of wood and metal fabrication. Demonstrable success in the management of large programs. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to utilize tact and diplomacy required to foster a team environment. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines. Intermediate to advance skills in excel. Must have service-oriented mindset. Physical Requirements - Work is performed in an office environment.
Stationary work:
requiring ability to sit, stand for long periods of time. Moderate amounts of walking involved in travel, walking stores, and reviewing protypes. Consistent use of repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers to view and operate computer, phone, and basic office equipment. Occasional lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds
