Work Shift:
8hr-1st Shift (United States of America) The intent is to provide exposure to multiple areas of the business while supporting several ongoing improvement initiatives across the plant. Assist with implementation of a plant-wide employee communication platform designed to improve communication with hourly employees who do not have company email access. Support Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Process Engineering teams with documentation updates and standardization projects. Review, update, and organize process setup sheets, centerline documentation, visual work instructions, and standard operating procedures. Assist the Quality department with auditing and updating laboratory specifications, testing procedures, and quality documentation. Create and update visual aids, training materials, and communication boards to support employee engagement and process consistency. Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to support continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in plant meetings, project reviews, and cross-functional improvement activities. Assist with special projects related to employee communication, training, quality systems, and operational excellence. Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs. Qualifications Enrolled in an Industrial Organizational Psychology Master's Degree or PhD program. GPA minimum of 3.0 is required.
