Job Description Manage projects from preconstruction through final completion Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure effective field execution Procure subcontractors, negotiate contracts, and manage scopes of work Monitor project costs, change orders, and monthly billings Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams Ensure compliance with contract documents, plans, and specifications Drive project close‑out, including punch lists and final documentation MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
