Duties to include the following items: Duties Talking with customers Taking customer orders Ordering materials Managing project timelines Creating work orders Maintaining costs and profitability Setting goals and expectations with clients Customer Satisfaction Record keeping and documentation PC, Excel, Word experience needed (Will train on BC and QB) Ordering Equipment rentals as needed Various other duties Requirements Proven experience in project management is a PLUS! Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent time management skills Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams Respectful and positive attitude
