Full Job Description SUMMARY:
Coordinates the construction phases of lightning protection and grounding projects, by directly corresponding with contractors, and Bonded Division Managers, for specific divisions, and performing the essential duties and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Performs all duties and responsibilities according to the Mission and Core Values of the Company. Provides internal support for Division Managers, Journeyman, and installation crews for up to three divisions. Provides external support and customer service to contractors through telephone and email communication. Documents all communication between contractors and Bonded. Maintains knowledge of lightning protection standards. Develops an action plan for new job scope of work and communicates information to all departments/divisions involved. Reviews contractor invoicing requirements, documents and notifies Accounting. Reviews external correspondence for comprehension, completeness, accuracy, spelling, and grammar prior to providing to the customer. (i.e.: RFIs, letters, change orders, etc.) Coordinates all insurance and safety related requirements for specific jobs. Reviews all submittal responses and handles or delegates accordingly. Completes certification applications.
Requirements:
Pass a criminal background check & drug screen. Valid driver's license and clear MVR. Possess excellent communication skills (oral and written). Fluent in English with ability to read and write. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Detail oriented. Desire to grow with a company - career oriented. Working knowledge of Windows software (Outlook, Word & Excel), electronic plan software; internet software; project management software. Associates degree preferred with one to two years related experience; or equivalent administrative experience in the construction industry.
