Full-Time, In Person Pay:
$16.00-$18.00/hr About the role Lonestar Roofing & Construction helps DFW homeowners recover after storm damage — insurance claims, roof replacements, getting homes back to pre-storm condition. Our slogan is Transparency Builds Trust, and that starts internally: clean files, straight answers, no surprises for the homeowner. We're hiring one Project Coordinator to own jobs from signed contract through final check. This is the hub of the company. Every job passes through you. What you'll actually do Build and maintain job files — contracts, scope sheets, photos, insurance documentation Schedule roof installs and coordinate material orders and subcontractor crews Support our sales reps on the back end: process their signed deals, chase missing paperwork, keep their files moving so they can stay in the field Communicate with homeowners at every stage so they always know what's next Verify completion photos are uploaded and job sites are finished to standard Help close out claims — supplements, invoicing, final checks What we need Organized enough to run 7-14 active jobs at once without dropping one Comfortable on the phone. You'll talk to homeowners, reps, subs, and adjusters daily Tech-savvy — we run on CRM and mobile apps, not paper Self-directed. We give you the system and the support; you own the outcome Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Roofing, construction, or insurance claims experience is a strong plus — not required if you learn fast What you get Direct access to leadership Documented systems and training, not sink-or-swim Growth path into Project Manager or Operations as we scale A team that answers the phone when you call
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, in office. Storm season runs fast — some flexibility required.
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
