Job Description

- WSP is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to join our Project Controls team. This individual can sit in our WSP locations in either Texas, Utah, Nevada, or Tennessee.

- + Design and build advanced Power BI dashboards and reporting tools that give leadership and clients clear, actionable KPI visibility across cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
- Who You Are
Minimum Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent. + 7+ years of experience in project controls, reporting, and data analysis on large-scale capital projects. +Reporting & BI Tools:
Demonstrated hands-on expertise building Power BI dashboards and reports; strong working knowledge of Power Apps for workflow/data collection tools; advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills. + Working knowledge of cost forecasting, budgeting, and earned value management (EVM) practices. + Familiarity with scheduling concepts and PMIS/scheduling platforms such as e-Builder, Procore, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project (supporting-level proficiency). + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail in dashboard/report accuracy and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for both technical teams and executive stakeholders.WSP Benefits:

Expected Salary (all locations): $130,000-159,000/yr WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
