Job Description

Custom Home Project Manager A well-established luxury custom home builder in the Austin area is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This role will focus on managing high-end custom residential projects , working closely with ownership, architects, designers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards. This is an in-office Project Manager position that plays a key role in coordinating preconstruction and construction operations while supporting field teams throughout the build process. Key Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle for luxury custom homes from preconstruction through closeout Work closely with owners, architects, designers, and high-net-worth clients throughout the project Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and job cost tracking Oversee subcontractor bidding, contract negotiations, and procurement Coordinate with superintendents and field teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience in residential construction Experience managing custom or luxury homes ($2M-$10M+) preferred Strong understanding of construction budgets, scheduling, and purchasing Ability to work closely with clients, architects, and trade partners Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Experience with construction management software (Buildertrend, Procore, or similar) is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Performance bonus potential Health benefits and PTO Opportunity to grow with a reputable luxury builder delivering high-end custom homes This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented project manager who enjoys working on high-quality luxury homes and collaborating with a close-knit team in a growing Dallas market.
