• Job Overview
• We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, implementation, and tracking to ensure timely completion within budget and scope. Must be familiar with Fabrication, CNC Machining, SolidWorks CAD/CAM, and all aspects of manufacturing
• Duties
• Develop project plans, including goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Utilize project management tools such as an ERP system to track project performance
• Apply Agile methodologies to adapt to changing project requirements
• Conduct quality management processes throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead project engineering efforts and product development initiatives
• Experience
• Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role
• Strong computer skills
• In-depth understanding of project management principles and practices
• Familiarity with Sage ERP or like system
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
