Project Controls Administrator (Construction)

Duties Must be proficient in Procore Management Software Create training documents for using Procore and relate this training to field personnel Monitor project budgets, costs, and resource allocations to ensure financial targets are met; prepare reports for project stakeholders. Coordinate with project teams to gather progress updates, analyze schedule performance, and implement corrective actions as needed. Manage contract documentation, change orders, and scope adjustments to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Support project management by providing timely data on project scheduling, costs, and resource utilization to facilitate informed decision-making. Qualifications Hands-on experience with Procore Management Software is a plus! We know everyone will not check every box. If you have strong construction project controls experience and have used similar software, or are willing to learn Procore, we still encourage you to apply, and we will provide Procore onboarding for the right candidate. Proficiency in Excel is required (including Pivot Tables and V-Lookup) Proficiency in MS Apps such as Word and Teams Experience in Sage 100 Contractor software is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively through excellent time management skills. Familiarity with contracts and change management processes Prior experience working on construction sites or in a construction management environment is highly desirable. $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
