Provide customers with state-of-the-art turbomachinery trains engineered and built by Everllence for a variety of industrial applications. Manage the execution of projects within a global matrix organization and ensure all aspects of the project deliverables are met or exceeded during the key phases of the execution of complex projects including Hand over from Sales, Project Kick Off, Equipment Design Review, HAZOP Review, Procurement of components, Manufacturing, Packaging, Testing and Delivery of the hardware/equipment to the customer, until the end of the warranty period. Assist the field service team with project specific information and technical requirements needed for the installation and commissioning of the equipment in the field. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Project Management-related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept 5 years of experience in a Project Management-related occupation.
Position requires:
1. Ensuring compliance with safety and compliance policies. 2. Managing major global projects successfully to deliver the contractual scope of supply, on time, within budget, meeting quality standards and internal processes in order to ensure customer satisfaction. Managing project and contract documentation. Managing financial and technical requirements of assigned projects. Project scheduling, resource planning, and execution within a global matrix organization. Measuring performance in project execution and participating in corrective action and lessons learned discussions to improve such performance. Driving bottom- and top-line growth on assigned projects 3. Indemnifying Claim Management, Quality Management and HSE Management. 4. Project and Contract Documentation Management. 5. Interpreting general arrangement drawings, process and flow diagrams, industry standards, and requirements for design, construction, and testing of rotating machinery and other types of technical information related to the scope of supply. 6. Understanding and communicating technical information to client on topics such as manufacturing processes, machinery design and modifications, instrument and control, package design and integration, component interface, piping and welding, accessories, testing procedures, etc. 7. Coordination of project procurement to ensure equipment being delivered meets both technical and commercial requirements. Coordination of local packaging to assure compliance to project technical requirements and deadlines. 8. Overseeing own project installations and coordination. 9. Supporting Sales to reduce project risk and confiding with sales during project execution.
