Job Summary:
We are representing a company seeking a Project Manager to support capital expenditure and facility renewal initiatives across a mixed office, lab, and plant environment. This role is central to delivering infrastructure improvements on time, within budget, and to quality standards while helping keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Lead multiple concurrent capital projects from design development through construction closeout and commissioning. Coordinate contractors and construction teams to support HVAC, electrical, roof, building envelope, paving, and equipment installation work. Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, RFIs, shop drawings, inspections, punch lists, and closeout documentation. Work closely with stakeholders to minimize disruption to facility operations while tracking capital spending and project status.
Required:
Experience managing project management or project engineering work tied to construction and facility renewal projects. Technical understanding of MEP-related work, with base-level knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills with the ability to manage administrative duties and multiple projects at once. Ability to work independently, self-manage, and communicate effectively with client-facing stakeholders and contractors.
