This is a key leadership role for someone with strong experience in structural steel, miscellaneous steel, fabrication, estimating, and project management.

Position Responsibilities:

Manage and support the estimating and project management team Assist estimators with bids, takeoffs, proposals, and pricing Support project managers with schedules, customer communication, and project execution Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements Help ensure projects are estimated accurately and managed effectively Coordinate with shop, field, vendors, customers, and internal leadership Provide guidance, accountability, and direction to the team Help improve processes, communication, and workflow between estimating, project management, and production

Requirements:

Experience in structural steel, miscellaneous steel, metal fabrication, or a closely related field required Previous estimating and/or project management experience required Leadership or management experience preferred Ability to read and understand drawings, blueprints, and specifications Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lead both estimators and project managers Strong problem-solving skills Professional, accountable, and able to operate at a high level Our Commitment to
