•We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support cross-functional projects and ensure successful execution of key business initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who excels at coordination, communication, and project administration while keeping stakeholders aligned and projects moving forward. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule project meetings, reviews, and working sessions Track project action items and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion Maintain and organize project documentation, repositories, and related records Coordinate and manage travel arrangements Create, maintain, and update project trackers, logs, and reporting tools Develop project status reports, presentations, and status decks for leadership review Facilitate user access provisioning and onboarding activities across systems and applications Support issue resolution efforts by coordinating communication between business and technical teams Monitor project progress and escalate risks, issues, or dependencies as appropriate Ensure project deliverables, milestones, and communications remain on track Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred 5+ years of project coordination or project coordinator experience Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through
