Job Summary This position will provide training leadership, strategic partnership, project management, and operations consultation, to local Franchise partners, team members and our Global team through effective communication, coaching, project management skills and training to achieve training execution that drives and balances Guest Experience and profitability. The training support aspects of this position will be focused on international Chili's locations in Latin America and potentially other regions in the future. Fluent spoken and written Spanish is required. What You'll Do Establish and maintain cross cultural relationships and links with international Franchise partners and their operations teams in support of their business. Conduct restaurant visits to coach performance and gain feedback on an as needed basis to ensure training brand standards are executed at the highest level. Partner with Brinker Global Department leadership, operations, and other market support disciplines on performance consulting strategies resulting in targeted training solutions. Provide training execution support and assist in the development of training support materials. Provide consultation and expertise on holistic talent management systems and processes and influence partners to implement proven strategies consistent with Chili's people philosophies to drive results. Manage Franchise Training and Culinary Contacts in the development and execution of required systems, processes and standards, and support for local openings. Execute and present training seminars. Manage cross-functional projects and project teams with timelines and deliverables.
